About

Welcome.

Eighteen years ago, I came across a booklet, Living From the Heart by James Mahu, which touched me deeply and ignited a fire in me to learn more about the heart and these six basic qualities.

Over the years, I found myself returning to these virtues again and again. They helped me navigate challenges, relationships, uncertainty, and the ordinary moments of daily life.

This website grew out of a desire to share that experience with others who may be searching for a more grounded, heart-centered way of living.

Here you’ll find practical tools, reflections, resources, and an AI companion designed to help bring the Six Heart Virtues into everyday life.

Life today often feels fast, noisy, and increasingly complex. It can be easy to lose our center amid constant change and uncertainty.

The Six Heart Virtues offer a simple and practical compas —not for escaping life, but for meeting it with greater presence, compassion, and clarity.

My experience has been that the heart is more than a metaphor. It is a doorway to qualities that help us live with greater coherence and connection.

When we express the virtues through our thoughts, actions, and behaviors, something begins to shift. Reactivity softens. Perspective widens. Relationships deepen. Life feels less like a struggle and more like a partnership.

This is not a path to perfection. It is a practice of returning—one moment, one choice, one virtue at a time.
